To book an escape room online it must be at least 12 hours in advance. Ensure you arrive on time for your booking as late comers will have their game shortened or cancelled without refund.
By booking with us, you agree to all terms and conditions related to your booking. A booking with us is like a theatre ticket, which means we cannot accept cancellations, transfers or refunds once you’ve booked.
Book online anywhere at any time!
On the train, in the pub, whilst feeding your neighbours goldfish, but please don’t do it whilst driving! You should be able to book an escape room online at anytime! However we understand you may want to speak to someone prior to booking.
Our phone lines are open 10am – 6pm most days and we also have options for live chat during these hours. If there’s no one to take your call please send us an email or a message through our website and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!
