CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) AND WHAT WE ARE DOING AS AN ESCAPE ROOM
As responsible Escape Game owners we would like to reassure our current and future guests that we are taking all steps possible to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Our priority is to protect our guests and team members the best we can by following all guidelines published by Public Health England and the Government.
The following list highlights what we are doing in order to ensure our guests still have a great, and safe time at Clue HQ Somerton.
- All handheld props, padlocks, door handles, and similar items inside the actual escape rooms are cleaned during every game reset.
- Photo boards are cleaned after every use.
- Team members are washing their hands after every game reset.
- Additional sanitising of game control areas (for our team), in particular desktops, mouse, keyboards, and work areas.
- Along with routine toilet checks and cleaning, additional cleaning tasks have been introduced between games to clean toilet door locks, toilet flush handle, sink taps etc.
- Whilst stocks are available, sanitising gel is available to guests for use before and after your game.
- Whilst stocks are available, gloves are provided for use by guests should they wish and also used by our team members during every game reset.
- No costumes will be used for team photos.
- All non-game doors are cleaned between each game, including entrance and exits to the property.
Should you have any concerns or further questions please do not hesitate to contact us in advance of your booking or speak to your game host.
