Purchase Gift Voucher
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
Gift vouchers are delivered by e-mail within 20 minutes
Game must take place before expiry date (this is not a ‘book by’ date)
Game is valid for number of people on the voucher. Extra players (up to a maximum of 6) will be charged the difference in price
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded for any reason
Gift voucher bookings are subject to all normal terms and conditions on our booking page
Gift voucher bookings are to be made following the instructions on the Gift Certificate through the Clue HQ website and cannot be made over the phone
Gift vouchers are only valid at this location

Once booked, games cannot be cancelled or transferred for any reason
Clue HQ cannot be responsible if a gift voucher cannot be used due to lack of availability with less than 2 months before expiry. Advised booking time is a minimum of 3 months in advance.
Gift voucher is valid for all timed sessions
All bookings are subject to availability and Clue HQ advise booking at least 3 months in advance.
Players must be 10 years or older, and those aged 10 to 15 must have an adult (18 years or older) playing the game with them
