SINGLE MOVE
Reschedule your game for free up to 3 hours before your game start time. Valid for one game, to be moved once.
Terms: You must contact us at least 3 hours prior to your game start time if you wish to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you contact us within 3 hours of your game start time this voucher will no longer be accepted and rescheduling charges will apply. This Flexible Booking voucher is only valid for one game, and one move. If you have more than one game you must have a separate Flexible Booking voucher for each. Flexible Booking vouchers are only valid for use on the exact game it has been purchased with. This voucher enables you to reschedule your game 1 time.
UP TO THREE MOVES

FULLY REFUNDABLE
Cancel and convert to a Gift Voucher or refund your game for free up to 3 hours before your game start time. Valid for one game.
Terms: You must contact us at least 3 hours prior to your game start time if you wish to reschedule (the booking will be turned into a Gift Voucher with 1 year validity) or refund the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you contact us within 3 hours of your game start time this voucher will no longer be accepted and rescheduling charges will apply/no refunds will be given. This Flexible Booking voucher is only valid for one game, and if cancelled, you will need to choose an option to have it converted into a Gift Voucher or Refunded. Once converted into a Gift Voucher, it can no longer be refunded and normal gift voucher terms will apply (1 year expiry from date of conversion). If you have more than one game you must have a separate Flexible Booking voucher for each. Flexible Booking vouchers are only valid for use on the exact game it has been purchased with.
