Here are just some of the things we’re doing to ensure a safe visit to Clue HQ.
It’s important to read them prior to booking, as we are operating stricly within these guidelines for the safety of you, other players, and our team.
Please note: As all of our locations are unique, slight differences in operations will be be in place to best suit that specific location. Please see individual location websites for additional restrictions on bookings.
The household rules have now been removed. Group sizes are limited by how many guests are allowed in each game.
Face coverings may be required for your visit, please see each location’s homepage for further information – or get in touch with them. Face coverings may still be worn by our guests, or our teams.
All groups are required to book in advance and only arrive exactly at the start time. All payments for the games should be settled online or over the phone prior to your visit. If payments are required, please use contactless if possible.
On all of our specific location websites, take a look at the blue bar on the homepage. This will have any other specific information you need to know when visiting that location.
Please don’t travel if your showing any of the known symptoms of Covid 19 (NHS Website). Just get in touch with us and we’ll re-arrange your game.
If the team member due to run your game cannot work due to showing symptoms, we may need to cancel your game at short notice. If we do this, we’ll offer you a free move to another date or a refund. We’ll always do our best to avoid this.
Temperature checks are no longer required to enter a Clue HQ location. However, please do not visit if you have any Covid 19 symptoms.
We no longer stagger our start times due to Covid 19.
Hand sanitiser will be available at all of our locations. We’ll also have hand washing facilities.
Cleaning still remains a high priority for our team and takes place daily throughout the locations.
On the 19th July 2021, the social distancing rules have been relaxed.
Smoke effects have returned to our games, however if you’d rather not have smoke effects during your game – please let a team member know.
