The 4 rooms at Clue HQ Malvern
Every game lasts sixty minutes and is private to your group: you will never be put in with strangers.
Bunker 38: you have lived underground since the radiation leak. The all clear has come through, the door is locked and the air is running out. A good first room.
The Betrayal of Cluetankhamun: the first expedition into the tomb went quiet. Go in after the Cluetan Crystal, and find out what happened to them.
A-I-9: the peacekeeping intelligence that ran the country has started corrupting itself from the inside. Shut it down before it shuts everything else down.
Cell Block C: wrongly convicted, one hour on the clock, and a sentencing hearing you would rather not attend. A prison break with plenty to do.
Which one should you book first?
If it is your first escape room, pick whichever story you like the sound of. They are all built to be finished by a team that talks to each other, and your games host is watching and will nudge you if you get stuck.
If you have done a few before, ask us on the day which is currently the hardest. We know, and we will tell you.
How many people, and what it costs
Four to six is the sweet spot. Two people can do it and it is a good date, but you will work harder. Above six, people start watching rather than playing, so larger groups are better split across rooms at the same time.
Prices run from £25 per person for a pair down to £17 per person for a team of six, the lowest of any Clue HQ.
Getting here and parking
We are at Ice Quest on Spring Lane North. Malvern Link station is about a fifteen minute walk.
There is on-site parking.
Worth knowing
Four rooms and free parking at the foot of the Malvern Hills, so it pairs well with a walk earlier in the day.
We are advance booking only, so check the live calendar rather than turning up. Arrive about ten minutes before your slot: the clock starts on time, and a late arrival is a shorter game.
