GOOD TO KNOW.

What do we need to play?

A laptop, tablet or PC (phones are too small), a decent internet connection - we test on 20 Mb - and a video call between your team on whatever app you already use. The latest Chrome on Windows or Android, or Safari on iOS, works best.

Do we play at a set time?

No. Your PDF voucher has a link that starts the game whenever you are ready. The in-game timer runs for 60 minutes; the link stays live for 24 hours so you can pause and come back.

Is there a live host?

Hints are built into the game behind the “?” icon, so you never wait for someone. For technical problems, email us and we will get you playing.

How many people can play on one ticket?

Up to 8 players on one ticket - the price is per team, not per person. Every player uses the same link and sees the same game.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, from about 10 with an adult on hand for the harder puzzles. There is no graphic or adult content. Some videos include flashing lights, and a few puzzles use sound or colour.

Can we get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once bought, so check your device and connection first. If something on our side breaks the game, we will put it right.
