Guests 16 years and under require an adult aged 18 or over as part of their group. If no adult is playing, the group will be refused entry and no refunds will be given.
Do not consume any alcohol or other substances before arriving to play, if any members of the group are intoxicated or under the influence you will be refused entry.
By booking with us, you agree to all terms and conditions related to your booking. A booking with us is like a theatre ticket, which means we cannot accept cancellations, transfers or refunds once you’ve booked.
Online bookings must be made at least 3 hours in advance. Call us if you’re looking to make a last minute booking to check availability. Ensure you arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals will have their game shortened or cancelled without refund.
