What we are and are not
Our rooms are tense, dark in places and occasionally make people shout. Nobody jumps out at you and nobody touches you. It is suspense, not a scare maze, which is why it works for a family as well as a group of adults.
Pick the right room
Ask us on the day which of our rooms is the most atmospheric, and check the effects note on each room page. Some use smoke and flashing lights, and a couple are properly dark.
Groups and ages
Each room takes 2-7 players. Larger groups split across rooms and play at the same time, then compare times afterwards. We can take 32 people at once across the venue.
Booking at the end of October
Halloween weekend is one of our busiest. Book ahead, and if the date itself is gone, the week either side is quieter and no less fun.
Getting here
The last archway under Warrington Central. Leave the station, turn left under the bridge, then left onto Crown Street. For sat nav use the street address, not the postcode.
Limited on-street parking on Crown Street. Cockhedge Shopping Centre behind us has plenty, and there are two pay and display car parks opposite Central Station.
