The quickest and easiest way to make a booking is through our website using our Book Online page. You can view live availability, pricing and more.

If you're booking on the day or outside of our booking cut-off, we usually have to check to ensure we have an extra host on hand to host your game. We'll do our best to let you know as soon as we can as to whether or not we can get you booked in, and if we're able to, will send over further information regarding finalising your booking.

Please note: last minute bookings are never guaranteed until we've confirmed availability and received payment for the booking. Please don't turn up unless this is the case as we wouldn't want you to be disappointed!

As per our terms of booking, once a booking has been made, it can't be cancelled or refunded. Bookings can sometimes be rescheduled dependent on the notice given. If an appropriate level of Flexible Booking Cover was not purchased at the time of booking, a rescheduling fee will apply.

Adding an extra player or two to a booking is usually not a problem. Simply let your host know when you arrive and they'll be able to take payment for the extra players and alter your booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Adding extra players is always subject to the maximum room size. Each room's maximum player limit varies depending on the physical size of the room so please check that your chosen room can accommodate the number of players you're bringing before arrival. Everyone is welcome at Clue HQ - even those a bit younger who want to take part in an unforgettable experience.

All of our rooms are recommended for ages 10 and over. Those over 7 years old are welcome, though we feel under 10s may find some puzzles a bit too tricky! A host will always be observing the game and can provide clues and hints if you're getting stuck.

If the youngest member of the group is 13 and under, they must have a participating adult with them in the room. If there is only one adult in the room and are only there to observe, they are not required to pay.

Groups with players aged 15 or under will need an adult on-site but they are not required to enter the room and can wait in our reception area.
