YOUR BOOKING
Bookings are for a private game for your team at the date and time you choose. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your start time; late arrivals may lose game time so that the next team is not delayed.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact the venue as early as possible if you need to change your booking and we will help where we can.
WHO CAN PLAY
We recommend that our rooms are suitable for players aged 10+. Ages 16 and under must have a participating adult 18+ in the room. Please check each room’s access notes and effects before booking and tell us about any needs in advance.
IN THE VENUE
Anyone who is unable to play safely, including through intoxication, may be refused entry without refund. Photos and videos inside the rooms are welcome but please keep clips short and do not film or share puzzle answers, so the next team still gets the surprise.
