WHO WE ARE
Clue HQ Somerton operates this website and the escape rooms at Unit 5 Canvin Court, Somerton Business Park, Bancombe Road, Somerton, TA11 6SB. Questions about this notice can be sent to the venue using the contact page.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
When you send an enquiry, join a marketing list or apply for a job we collect what you type into the form - usually your name, email address, phone number and message - so we can reply, send the emails you asked for, or consider your application.
Bookings are taken by our booking provider. Their own privacy notice applies to the payment and contact details you enter in the booking calendar.
COOKIES
Necessary cookies keep the site working - remembering your cookie choices, your sign-in if you are a Clue HQ editor, and which version of a page you were shown.
Analytics cookies help us see which pages and rooms are popular. Marketing cookies let advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn) measure adverts and show relevant ones. Both are only set if you accept them, and you can change your mind any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Our email provider sends enquiry notifications and marketing emails on our behalf. Advertising platforms receive data only if you accept marketing cookies. We never sell your information.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Details and retention periods are on the “Your data” page.
Cookie settings are always available from the link in the footer.
