What it costs
An escape room works out at £25 per person once you are a team of five or more, rising to £33 each for a pair. For most teams that puts a full afternoon activity somewhere between £125 and £200, which is usually less than the meal afterwards.
One price, every day, so there is no cheaper slot to hunt for. Weekday daytimes are simply quieter and easier to book at short notice.
Ways to bring it down
Bigger teams cost less per head, so seven in a room beats four. Weekday mornings are the quietest slots we have. And if you are a charity, a school or an NHS team, ask - we hold discounts that are not always on the page.
What not to cut
Do not skip the twenty minutes afterwards. The activity is the excuse; the conversation over a drink is the thing you are actually paying for. A bottle from our bar and a corner of reception costs nothing and does more than a second activity would.
Keeping it simple to approve
We invoice, so nobody is claiming it back on expenses. Ask for a quote through the team days page with your numbers and date, and you will get something you can forward straight on.
