Sick experiments are taking place this Halloween at new Kingston escape room

 In News

The most recent phenomenon to grip the nation is coming to Kingston for the first time ever as on of the biggest escape game companies in the UK, Clue HQ, are opening the first ever Kingston escape room centre in the area.

For those who are yet to discover the world of escape games, they are best described as a collection of rooms filled with puzzles, riddles and tasks that guests must complete within the 60 minute time limit in order to escape.

Upon opening, Clue HQ – Kingston will offer three unique scenarios for guests to try their hand at. ‘Bunker 38’ tasks players to escape a nuclear bunker and ‘The Dungeon of Doom’ sees guests locked up in a medieval dungeon. Opening later this week is a new game called ‘The Experiments’. Guests play the role of lab rats in a number of trials in order to win their freedom. The game has a horror theme and has been planned to open for the Halloween season.

“Having already had great feedback from guests for our first 2 games, we really wanted something special for Halloween. The Experiments has dark, jumpy moments which is sure to get the adrenaline going. If you like horror films then we’re sure you’d like this.

– Owner of Clue HQ – Kingston, Mohamed Mansour

Clue HQ – Kingston will be the seventeenth location for the company who own escape games all over the UK but this will be their first location in the Greater London area.

“The partnership with the Clue HQ Kingston team is unique, as the owners first played our games in Egypt. In 2016 we helped setup games in Cairo for Trapped – which have gone on to be the market leader there. It’s a great location, with a great team behind it and we’re really happy to be bringing our games closer to London.”
– Managing Director of Clue HQ, Stuart Rowlands
